Allenare la memoria

Magritte

Quali sono per te  le “cose importanti” da ricordare?

E così ancora una volta

E così ancora una volta trovo la strada
per la sua porta buia dove sempre paziente lei
accanto all’arco che conduce dentro
il suo giardino dal vicolo nascosto
attende dietro la sua lampada silvana

E dove sei stato finora mi chiede
sorridendo, ti eri perso ancora?
Ormai dovresti aver imparato
a ricordare le cose importanti.
Importanti? Me, ovviamente, sussurra

Gray Sutherland (1948, Inghilterra), traduzione di Chiara de Luca (fonte: http://poesia.blog.rainews.it/)

And so once more

And so once more I find my way
to her dark door where ever patient she
close by the arch that leads into
her garden from the hidden alleyway
stands waiting beneath her sylvan lamp

So what have you been up to this
Time smiling she asks, getting lost again?
By now you really should have learned
To keep important things in mind.
Important? Me, of course, she breathes

La tua canzone

lightmyfire

Sei in armonia con la tua canzone?

Manipura chakra

Una canzone non viene dai polmoni
né da gola, bocca, mente bensì
da ben più giù, da quel nascondiglio dove
si sfiorano stomaco e spina dorsale, dove
a tempo con il pulsare del sangue
l’antico sordo mormorio comincia
e si leva, trasformando il respiro
in feroce desiderio

Manipura chakra

A song does not come from the lungs
Nor from the throat, the mouth, the mind
But from far below, in that hidden place
Where spine and stomach touch and where
In time with the pulse of the blood
The old dull murmuring begins
And rises, transforming breath
Into fiery login
